Terms & Conditions
- The rider must be a minimum age of 18 years old. The management reserve the right to refuse anyone who is asked for proof of age and cannot provide it.
- The rider must hold a full current motorbike licence to ride on Extreme Wheelie.
- Drugs and alcohol will not be tolerated in any circumstances. The management reserve the right to refuse anyone thought to be under the influence without question.
All rates are inclusive of:
- Use of the Extreme Wheelie machine, including motorbike (you may use your own motorbike but a charge is made for the use of the motorbike on our machine due to extra set up time).
- Use of gloves.
- An Extreme Wheelie instructor.
- Fuel used by the Extreme Wheelie machine and motorbike.
What's Not Included
Protective clothing: We shall supply gloves but it is the responsibility of the rider to wear appropriate clothing.
Additional riders: Only one rider may ride the Extreme Wheelie machine at one time.
Cancellation
All cancellations should be made in writing (by post or email) and followed up with a phone call, cancellation will be confirmed with a cancellation letter or email. All cancellations will result in a loss of deposit.
- Cancellation within 3 days or less of the event date will result in the loss of full cost of hire and deposit.
- Cancellation within 3 to 14 days will result in loss of deposit and half of the full cost of hire.
- Cancellation within more than 14 days will results in loss of deposit only.
- Non attendance will be viewed as a cancellation and will result in the loss of the full cost of hire and deposit.
- No refunds are offered for late arrivals resulting in delayed start times; the hire period will end at the times agreed.
- Whilst every attempt is made to ensure the events run as advertised, Extreme Wheelie Ltd. will notify the client of any cancellation as soon as practicable where it believes on reasonable grounds that cancellation is necessary due to unsuitable conditions for the event.
- In the event of a cancellation clients will be offered the choice of either a full refund of the event fee paid (including deposit) or alternative dates.
Age Limits
The minimum age limit is 18 years old. There is no maximum age limit, but the rider must hold a full current motorbike licence.
Partial Payment / Full Payment / Booking
To book Extreme Wheelie a deposit will be required. The deposit must be paid to secure a booking. Full payment must be a minimum of 14 days in advance of the event. Extreme Wheelie Ltd. will accept cash bank transfer, cheque (payable to "Extreme Wheelie Ltd.") or credit card (not American Express).
Hire Periods
All hire periods shall be pre agreed with Extreme Wheelie Ltd. The minimum hire period is half a day up to multiple weeks. Please contact Extreme Wheelie Ltd. for the rates.
Delivery, Collection and Management
The Extreme Wheelie machine will be delivered to your venue, set up and managed by Extreme Wheelie staff.
General Terms
- All bookings are subject to Extreme Wheelie Ltd. terms and conditions.
- Bookings are confirmed once a deposit has been received.
- All riders ride at their own risk. Extreme Wheelie Ltd. is not responsible for accident, loss or injury howsoever caused.
- Extreme Wheelie Ltd. is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal possessions.
- Extreme Wheelie Ltd. accepts no responsibility for any person riding under the influence or alcohol or drugs. Please note that drugs and alcohol will not be tolerated in any circumstances. The management reserve the right to refuse anyone thought to be under the influence without question.
- Riders with inappropriate footwear will be refused (e.g. sandals, slippers, flip-flops, high heels etc.).
- Extreme Wheelie Ltd. do not promote driving without due care and attention or performing wheelies or stunts on public roads.
- You must shut off the machine immediately if asked by any member of staff to do so.
Complaints
If you have a complaint, in the first instance, please advise us in writing (post or email) and Extreme Wheelie Ltd. will endeavour to resolve complaints within 28 days of receiving full details.
